ABOUT MFBC
|
Malaysian-Finnish Business Council is a private voluntary
and non-profit organisation established in February 2001 to foster
friendship and promote close and harmonious educational, economic, trade
and industrial relations between Malaysia and Finland.
MFBC is registered in Registrar of Companies (ROC) under the Companies Act
and MFBC is a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital.
The membership of MFBC shall comprise of corporate, individual and honorary
members. Membership shall consist of any company, firm, non-governmental
organization and individual having a direct or indirect Malaysian-Finnish
interest in promoting and furthering the objectives of MFBC.

OBJECTIVES
|
- To
foster friendship and promote close and harmonious educational,
economic, trade and industrial relations between Malaysia and Finland.
- To
promote greater understanding between the private sectors of Malaysia
and Finland regarding to the economic and trade policies and
situations of the respective country.
- To
provide discussion and meeting forum for companies and business
operation in trade between Malaysia and Finland.
- ·
To collect, publish and disseminate information conducive to the
attainment of any of its objects among members of the Company.
- To
provide facilities for meetings and other activities on an organized
continuing basis in order to promote the foregoing objects.
- To
enter into fraternal relationship with other appropriate organizations
with similar objectives
- To
arrange for exchange of technical and general information in trade,
investment, tourism, public sector policies and all other areas
relevant to business relation between the private sectors of member
countries.
