8–9 April 2026 | Johor

The Nordic Chambers in Malaysia invite members to join a focused business delegation to the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) — one of the region’s most strategic cross-border growth initiatives between Malaysia and Singapore.

This two-day programme is designed to provide direct access to key Johor state agencies, project owners and ecosystem players shaping the future of cross-border logistics, manufacturing, industrial development and infrastructure.

Strategic briefing on investment facilitation, incentives and the JS-SEZ framework.

Johor Corporation – Menara JLand

Corporate overview and presentations by key subsidiaries and agencies, followed by Q&A and networking.

Ambassadors and Chamber Heads will conduct a courtesy call on the Menteri Besar of Johor.

Infrastructure & Strategic Projects 

Delegates will visit one of the following:

  • Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS Link) – transformative cross-border rail connectivity project

In-Depth Investment Dialogue

Closed-door working session with IMFCJ and relevant agencies to explore:

  • Cross-border logistics solutions

  • Warehousing

  • Manufacturing plant setup

  • Incentives and facilitation

  • Sector-specific opportunities

Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC), Sedenak

Visit to the 7,290-acre township planned as a circular city within the JS-SEZ framework.

Networking Dinner – 8 April

An informal Nordic business networking dinner will be arranged at a halal/ pork-free restaurant. Complimentary including beer and wine.
