Malaysian-Finnish Business Council is a
private voluntary and non-profit organisation established in February 2001
to foster friendship and promote close and harmonious educational,
economic, trade and industrial relations between Malaysia and Finland.
MFBC is registered in Registrar of Companies (ROC) under
the Companies Act and MFBC is a company limited by guarantee and not having
a share capital. The membership of MFBC shall comprise of corporate,
individual and honorary members. Membership shall consist of any company,
firm, non-governmental organization and individual having a direct or
indirect Malaysian-Finnish interest in promoting and furthering the
objectives of MFBC.
